This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.26742 of 2023 on 07.12.2023 that the first petitioner to report before the respondent Police, on everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the second petitioner to report before the respondent Police, once in a week at 10.30 a.m., for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court, on all hearing dates.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
