Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records of the respondents in respect of the execution of the cancellation deed dated 17.11.2003 by the first respondent at the instance of the second respondent which has been registered as document No.4908/2003 on the file of S.R.O.Konnur and quash the same and further forbearing the respondents from cancelling the sale deed executed by the then Special Officer of the Buckingham & Carnatic Mills Employees Cooperative House Constructin Society Ltd., dated 13.12.2002 in favour of the petitioner as Document No.4953/2002 in the office of the Sub Registrar, Konnur.
