PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the 1st respondent in his proceedings Rc.No.6738/2000/D2 dated 15.09.2004 confirming the order of the 2nd respondent with reference to Na.Pu.NB.Va.Me.Mu.No.35/98 dated 05.10.1999 confirming the orders of the 3rd respondent dated 29.11.1990 in his proceedings in assessment ULTC.No.149/1391/TDR in reference S.P.217/90/03 and quash the order dated 15.09.2004.
