This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.01.2012 and file a final report.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] that already the petitioner filed similar petition in Crl.O.P.No.9431 of 2013 and this Court by an order dated 19.06.2013 passed the following order;

"4.Since the petitioner's complaint has already been closed, the prayer sought for by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner in this petition has become infructuous. The prayer that has been made in this Criminal Original Petition cannot be granted. Hence, the present Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in a manner known to law, if he so advised."
