O R D E R

ARUNA JAGADEESAN, J.

The detenue, Madumitha, aged about 23 years, is the wife of the petitioner. Alleging that the 2nd respondent-Father-in-law, is illegally detaining his wife, the petitioner has filed this Writ of Habeas Corpus, to produce her before this Court and set her at liberty.

Ms.Madumitha is a law college student. When enquired, she stated that there was no marriage. She also denied the allegation of illegal detention.

In the light of the categorical submission of the alleged detenue, prima facie, we find that allegation of illegal detention is not substantiated.
