2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the issue has been arbitrated and award passed.

4. This Court is of the view that as the award itself is passed, the petitioner can execute the award before the Execution Court. Accordingly, no further order is required to be passed in this Contempt Petition, hence, this Contempt petition is closed.
