MARIA CLETE, J These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 195 days in filing an application to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sixth respondent and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sixth respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondents have no serious objections in allowing these application and also perused the materials available on record.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these applications, these applications are ordered.

4. List the matter after carrying out necessary amendments on 19.06.2026.
