Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.The 5th paragraph of the order shall read as follows: Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the explanation given by the petitioner on 18.11.2019 and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after giving adequate opportunity to the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 1st respondent along with a copy of the explanation that was given on 18.11.2019 and a copy of this order.
