R.PONGIAPPAN, J., This application has been filed under Order XIV Rule 8 of Original Side Rules read with Section 12 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890 read with Section 151 of C.P.C., seeking the relief to direct the respondent to grant temporary interim custody of the minor child, namely, Akshara, to the applicant / petitioner, pending disposal of the above Original Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. It is not disputed by both sides that an earlier order has been passed by this Court to meet the child, are conveniently going on.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that now, the applicant has prayed the visitation rights, for the following days;

"a. From 04.30 PM on 5th March 2021 to 10.00 AM to 7th March 2021, excluding the ongoing Sunday visitation, which commences at 10.00 AM on 7th March 2021;

b. From 04.30 PM on 2nd April 2021 to 10.00 AM to 4th April 2021, excluding the ongoing Sunday visitation, which commences at 10.00 AM on 4th April 2021."

5. In respect to the said prayer, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent prayed to modify the dates, from 06.03.2021, 10.00a.m. to 07.03.2021, 6.00p.m. Similarly, for the month of April, from 03.04.2021, 10.00a.m. to 04.04.2021, 6.00p.m.

6. Accordingly, the applicant / father is permitted to take the minor child from 06.03.2021, 10.00a.m. to 07.03.2021, 6.00p.m. Similarly, for the month of April, from 03.04.2021, 10.00a.m. to 04.04.2021,6.00p.m.
