Mrs. A.B.Reehana Begum, Learned Government Advocate takes notice for the First Respondent and Mrs. Karthika Ashok, Learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the Second Respondent. 2.

It is pointed out by the Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Second Respondent that for putting up any bunk shop in the public roads in Chennai City under the provisions of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014, application has to be made to the concerned authority, but no such application has been made by the Petitioner to him and he is also not been made as party to this Writ Petition. In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to resort to the aforesaid procedure and work out his remedy for the necessary relief before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
