ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to withdraw the petition in M.C.No.13 of 2021 on the file of the V Additional Family Court, Chennai and the same to be transferred to any Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore.
2. Heard, Mr.B.Gopalakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Bharanidharan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
3. The petitioner is the husband and the first respondent is the wife. The first respondent filed a maintenance case in M.C.No.13 of 2021 as against the petitioner, seeking maintenance. Now, she has no objection to transfer the maintenance case filed by her to the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore.
4. In view of the above submission, M.C.No.13 of 2021 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the V Additional Family Court, Chennai and transferred to the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore. On receipt of the entire case records, the Judicial Magistrate No.I, is directed to dispose the maintenance case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 23.09.2022 Internet:Yes Index:Yes/No Lpp
