When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.Anand, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Management would submit that this matter has already been allowed by a judgment dated 27.11.2019 and produced a copy of the said judgment.

2. Accordingly, it is recorded that the matter has been wrongly listed. The Registry is directed to treat this Writ Petition as already been disposed of by judgment dated 27.11.2019.
