O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that the respondent Police have registered a girl missing F.I.R in Crime No.1766 of 2020. The learned counsel further submitted that the first petitioner is the mother of the boy and the second and third petitioners are the brothers of the boy, who is said to have eloped with the missing girl. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioners were called for an enquiry in the course of investigation in the pending F.I.R.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent Police to issue summons to the petitioners as and when they were called for an enquiry. 4.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
