Prayer:- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to pass an order directing the Honble District Munsif Court at Tambaram to proceed with the above suit in OS.No.81 of 2021 with further stages and to complete the trial of the case within the time frame fixed by this Honble Court. The above Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking an early disposal of a suit O.S.No.81 of 2021 pending on the file of the District Munsif Tambaram.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. A perusal of the records would show that the matter is pending for taking steps, as the 1st defendant had passed away. Without bringing on record the LRs of the 1st defendant, further proceedings cannot be proceeded with in the above suit. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the IA itself is pending for 2/4

over a year. Therefore, at this stage, direction cannot be issued for early disposal of the main suit O.S.No.81 of 2021.

4. Considering the above, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed with a direction to the District Munsif, Tambaram to dispose of the LRs petition within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
