Respondents Contempt petition filed under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondent for committing contempt of Court by willfully disobeying the orders passed by this Court in WP.No.10993 of 2013 dated 04.09.2014.

ORDER

This Contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in WP No.10993 of 2013 dated 04.09.2014.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that against the order dated 04.09.2014 in WP No.10993 of 2013, Writ Appeal has been filed. She would further state that there is no stay in the Writ Appeal.

Be that as it may, since the issue is pending before the Division Bench, it will not be appropriate to continue with the contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.

Needless to state that it is open to the petitioner to approach this Court once again, in case, the writ appeal is dismissed.
