This petition has been filed seeking for a direction, to direct the Principal Sessions Judge (SC & ST Court), Krishnagiri District, to consider the bail petition of the petitioners on the same day in the event of surrender by the petitioners and seeks bail in Crime No.14 of 2020, on the file of the respondent Police.

2. Heard Mr.V.Rajamohan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecution appearing on behalf of respondent police.

3. Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
