2. Application No.466 of 2020 has been filed to direct the respondent to furnish security amounting to Rs.1,77,95,390.50 pending disposal of the Arbitration.

3. Heard Ms.Tanushree Arvind, learned counsel for the petitioners.

4. Though Mr.M.V.Sathish, learned counsel for the respondent agreed to furnish security, on 16/9/2021, none appeared for the respondent today.

6. In such a view of the matter, order passed on 16/9/2021, indicating that immovable property would be attached is hereby recalled. Respondent is hereby directed to furnish the security to the amount claimed in the applications, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
