Heard Mr. M.Raja Sekhar, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Ms. P.Shanthi, Learned Counsel for the First Respondent, Mr. V.Meganathan, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Second Respondent and Mr. T.Saravanan, Learned Counsel for the Third Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Second Respondent to consider the representation dated 15.07.2020 made by the Petitioner to remove the vehicles parked by the Third Respondent at First Cross Street, Anna Nagar, Vellore District and maintain the same as public street. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Third Respondent, on instructions, states that the Third Respondent has made an undertaking before the First Respondent that he would not park his vehicle blocking the access to the property of the Petitioner and he has made endorsement to that effect in the court record. 2/4

As nothing remains for further consideration, the Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
