ORDER
The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the second respondent made in complaint No.1/2003 (Continuation Complaint No.82/84) Labour Court, Coimbatore, dated 25.3.2004 and to quash the same.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had already attained superannuation.
3. The Labour Court, by order dated 25.03.2004 reinstated the petitioner without backwages. Challenging this order, the petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Since the petitioner has attained superannuation, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition at present. In such view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
