PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the Sub Registrar, Thiruvarur, the second respondent herein, in entertaining the Cancellation Deed dated 01.08.2007 executed by the respondents 3 and 4 cancelling the sale deed dated 22.12.2006 executed in favour of the petitioner and registered as Document No.2971 of 2007 and to quash the same.

Though sufficient opportunity was given to the petitioner, he has not come forward to prosecute his case. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
