2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, on oral instructions, would submit that the amount of Rs.15,15,907/-, which is sought to be recovered through the impugned notice dated 07.09.2011, has been recovered from the petitioner Management.

3. Hence, permitting the Employee's Provident Fund Organization for recovering the claim made in the impugned recovery notice may not be appropriate. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
