The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got another job and in view of the same nothing survives for adjudication in this case. He further submits that the above said writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. However there shall be no order as to cost.
