This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure, against the Judgement and Decree dated 24.11.2015 made in A.S.No.114 of 2008 on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge, Erode partly allowing the Judgement and Decree dated 29.04.2005 made in O.S.No.521 of 2004 on the file of the learned II Additional District Munsif, Erode.
