ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's online application dated 09.09.2019 filed for issuance of the legal heirship certificate pursuant to the death of his father by name Natarajan.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said application is not considered by the respondent so far.

3. This Court, at this stage, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, dispose of the writ petition, only by directing the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner for issuance of legal heirship certificate and after conducting proper enquiry, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
