PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st respondent pertaining to the impugned order dated 09.01.2026 vide Na.Ka.No.9536/2009/Ki/H/1 (e/f/vz;/9536-2009-fp-vr;-1) and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction, violative of principles of natural justice and Articles 14 & 300A of the Constitution and consequently, direct the respondents not to interfere with or demolish the petitioner's residential building/ house situated in Wart No.52, Door No.96, 96B, Old Survey Nos.275, 276 and New TS.No.10 (Site No.10) and TS.No.11 (Site No.96b), R.K.Mill B Colony, Peelamedu Pudur, Coimbatore, or take any coercive action pursuant to the impugned order without following due process of law, including providing an opportunity of personal hearing and considering the petitioner's title and long possession. (Order of the Court was made by C.KUMARAPPAN,J.,) The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the impugned notice was issued in pursuance to the order passed by this Court in W.A.No.676 of 2020 and W.A.No.3115 of 2019. It is the further submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that in pursuance to the order of this Court the 2/5

aggrieved party preferred Special Leave Petition in SLP(C).No.2364 of 2026, wherein, the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 19.01.2026 granted an interim order of status quo.

2. In view of the above factual position, we do not find any reason to entertain the present Writ Petition. In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
