(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner is arrayed as A1. He apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. in Crime No.461 of 2020 on the file of respondent police and now, he has filed this petition for anticipatory bail.
2. However, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Deepak Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition.
