O R D E R
The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to inspect and survey the petitioner's land comprised in S.No.259/6A1A1A1A1 of Malliakarai Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District with marking necessary boundaries for the petitioner's land with the help of the 3rd respondent and issue patta.
2. In respect of land situated at Malliakarai Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District claims to be the petitioner's property at Survey No.259/ 6A1A1A1A1, the petitioner has given an application on 10.12.2022 to survey the land to identify the four boundaries for which necessary fee also has been paid by the petitioner on 22.11.2021, therefore in order to consider the said application and to do the needful, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.
3. Heard Mr.P.Navaneetha Krishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

would submit that, the said application would be considered and needful would be undertaken by the 2nd respondent within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

Considering the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following orders: There shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 22.11.2021 and do the needful by completing the survey of the land in question within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
