ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of Order in Na.Ka.23371/SL3/2006 dated 22.07.2009 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to upgrade and promote the petitioners to the post of Accounts Clerk Clerical Grade II and to maintain the same seniority list as in Clerical Grade IV between the petitioners and 3rd respondent and grant such other relief.

2. When the matter is listed today, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that after the filing of the writ petition he has been promoted and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

"R-3 has passed due to Covid-19.

Petitioner have already been promoted.

Petitioner 1 -2 Promoted to Grade-III- 5 yrsAccounts Clerk. Petitioners 3 -5 promoted to Grade-III-2 years-Accounts Clerk. Therefore, the matter has been infructuous."

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
