ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to pass orders on his pending representation dated 14.12.2009 requesting to revoke the suspension order passed by the respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order of suspension passed against the petitioner was subsequently revoked by the respondent on 28.03.2013 and to that effect, he has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 28.03.2013 of the respondent addressed to the petitioner.

3. Recording the above said proceedings dated 28.03.2013 and also the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
