This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 27.06.2023 in Crl.OP.No.14279 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court only during the hearing dates.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
