PRAYER :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the concerned records from the fourth respondent preparing the charge sheet dated 29.03.2014 in C.C.No.122 of 2014 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumputhur and quash the same.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.122 of 2014, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumputhur.

2. It is reported that the trial has already commenced in this case. In view of the same, there is no scope for this Court to quash the proceedings, and it is left open to the petitioner to raise all the issues before the trial Court and the same shall be considered by the Court below on its own merits and in accordance with law.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumputhur to dispose of the proceedings within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
