This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to restore back the 60 feet master plan road marked as D.F. in the Development Plan formed in between Walajapet town and Sholingur connecting ChennaiRanipet Main Road by implementing the proceedings made in Na.Ka.No.100/2010/F1, dated 01.02.2010 issued by the 1st respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that without going to the merits of the case, it is suffice to issue a direction to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2010.

3. Heard the learned counsels appearing for the respondents and considered the submissions.

4. In view of the limited request, without going into the merits of the case, I am inclined to issue a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2010 and for ready reference, the petitioner is directed to send the fresh copy of the representation enabling the respondents to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
