Today, when the case came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner is present.

2.Upon being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on condition that the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- [Rupees Two Thousand Only] to the learned Government Advocate within a week. 3.This petition is ordered accordingly.
