ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondents to identify the boundaries of the property as per 1/4

the Sale deeds dated 12.10.1992 and to lay the survey stones of the property bearing No. Plot No.1 and No.2 admeasuring to an extent of 3090 sq.ft 2040 sq.feet respectively comprised in old survey No. 76 part and 77 Part R.S. No. 76 part 2 and 77 part at Block No. 15 T.S. No . 14, 137 Velacherry Village, Guindy Taluk, Chennai District.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advcocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner made representations on 09.03.2020 and 27.11.2022 with a request to identify the boundaries of the subject property and lay the survey stones is pending without consideration. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 09.03.2020 and 27.11.2022 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation to identify the boundaries of the property as per the Sale deeds dated 12.10.1992 and to lay the survey stones of the property bearing No. Plot No.1 and No.2 admeasuring to an extent of 3090 sq.ft 2040 sq.feet respectively comprised in old survey No. 76 part and 77 Part R.S. No. 76 part 2 and 77 part at Block No. 15 T.S. No . 14, 137 Velacherry Village, Guindy Taluk, Chennai 2/4

District, on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity of hearing to the necessary parties, if any, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order after remitting of necessary statutory fees as applicable.
