The petitioners seek relaxation in the condition imposed by this Court 26. (iii) The appellants shall appear and sign before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the conditions imposed by this Court have been scrupulously followed by the petitioners herein and they are regularly reporting before the trial Court. However, in view of the condition imposed by this Court to the effect that the petitioners shall appear and sign before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, the petitioners are unable to bear the expenses and attend their work regularly which is affecting their livelihood. Thus, the learned counsel prayed for relaxation of the aforesaid condition imposed on the petitioners. Page No.1/4

3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor (NIA Cases), on instructions, submitted that that the said condition can be modified to the effect that the petitioners should appear on 1st working day of every month before the respondent Police.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and also the fact that the petitioners herein are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, we are inclined to pass the following orders:- 26....... (iii) The condition directing the petitioners to appear and sign before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear and sign before the respondent Police on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates.
