O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the first respondent to initiate swift action on the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2024 under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.
2. Since no adverse order has been passed, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing.
3. The case of the petitioner is that she is a senior citizen and owning the property in which she is residing and during the pandemic period she had filed a suit in O.S.No.2443 of 2020 for injunction against the respondents 2 to 4 as they had interfered in her property and threatened her. The petitioner had obtained a Decree for Injunction in the aforesaid suit on 15.09.2022. However, the respondents 2 to 4 continues to interfere in the petitioner's property and threatened her. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation dated 21.10.2024 before the first respondent to take action against the respondents 2 to 4 under the Provisions of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. But, the same was not considered. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition. Page No.2 of 6

Though very many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a particular time frame stipulated by this Court.
5. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent has no objection for the said order being passed by this Court.
6. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.
7. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2024, after giving due notice to the petitioner and respondents 2 to 4, affording an opportunity of personal hearing, conducting enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits, in accordance with law and by following/observing the above principles of natural justice, within a period of three months from the Page No.3 of 6
date of receipt of a copy of this order.
8. This writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and directions. No costs.
