The petitioners, alleging that they have been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable u/s.294[b], 323, 506[i] IPC r/w section 3[i][r][s] and 3[2][va] SC/ST Act, 1989 PO Amendment Ordinance Act 2014 seek a direction to the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tirupur, to consider the bail application filed by the petitioners on surrendering before that court, on the same day and dispose of the same in Crime No.200/2015 on the file of the respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice.

3. Heard both sides.

4.Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tirupur, there shall be a direction to the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tirupur, to consider the bail applications of the petitioners on merits and pass appropriate order on the same day of their surrender.

5. The petition is ordered accordingly.
