This petition has been filed to bring on record the proposed petitioners 1 to 5 as L.Rs of Mrs.Annapal the 1st Cross Objection Petitioner as Cross Objection Petitioners 2 to 6 in the above Cross Objection No.35 of 2007.

2. The notice has been served on both the parties.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for allowing this petitioner.
