ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petitioner herein, who is the first accused in a case of murder has jumped bail and therefore, he was secured on issuance of NBW. He is in jail from 27.12.2021. The order sheet of the lower Court indicates that out of three accused, one died pending trial and another accused appearing before the Court whereas this petitioner, who is arrayed as the first accused has jumped bail and secured recently.

2.The investigation is completed and the final report already filed. Taking note of the conduct of the petitioner herein, the trial Court has dismissed his bail petition recording that if he is released on bail, there is every possibility of absconding once again which will affect the progress of the trial. opinion. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed. The Court below is directed to commit the case to the Court of Sessions at the earliest.
