ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.531 of 2021, dated 25.09.2021, on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent Police submitted that after the completion of

investigation, the FIR in Crime No.531 of 2021 has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' on 12.04.2022 and R.C.S.No.8 of 2022 has been served to the 2nd respondent.
