The petitioner/A1 who was arrested by the respondent police for an offence under Sections 302 R/W 34 of IPC in Crime No.497 of 2020, seeks bail.

2. It is the case of the prosecution that the de-facto complainant's son namely Anthony Ubald, had contacts with some anti-social elements. On 16.09.2020 at 11.30 p.m., the police came to his house and told that his son Anthony Ubald was murdered by somebody at a ground at Trustpuram. Hence, this Complaint.

3. It is seen from records that this is the seventh bail petition filed by the petitioner. The previous Criminal Original petitions filed for grant of bail were dismissed by this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous orders were passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.
