No.76 of 2019 etc. cases dated 31.03.2021 and consequently directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue to work as B.T. Assistant (Tamil) in the 4th respondent School.

These writ petitions were taken up for admission, the learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that there is a subsequent development and the Government is postponing the pending transfers.

2.In view of the same, a request was made by the learned Senior Counsel to permit the petitioner on record to withdraw the writ petitions. The letter addressed by the petitioners to counsel on record was also placed before this Court.
