This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 29.12.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.29085 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall continue to report before the respondent police for a further period of ten days at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
