This petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Official Liquidator to handover the listed documents to M/s.Thangam Steel Ltd., for the purpose of marking the same during the trial in the case No.RC1/(E)/2020 of CBI EOB Chennai.

When the matter is taken up, Mr.S.Gopalakrishnan, learned Official Liquidator appeared in person. He has no objection to furnish certified copies of the documents requested on filing an application. 3.

Learned Special Public Prosecutor also submits that certified copies are enough for now.

In view of the submission, this Court directs the petitioner to apply for certified copies of the documents and get the copies. With this direction, this petition is disposed of.
