ORDER

The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to furnish the revised inter se seniority list revising the existing seniority list vide G.O.No.(3D) No.8, dated 18.06.2004.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending the writ petition, the revised inter-se seniority list has been furnished and therefore, the prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
