O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents for forbearing the respondents from seizing the vehicles with minerals with valid transport permit for the petitioner's transportation of gravel in quarry comprised in S.No.27/4, 28/1, 28/2, 28/4 and 28/5 over an extent of 0.930 Hec. (2.30 Acres) of in Jambada, Patha Arcot Group, Vijayapuram Mandal Chittoor District to the state of Tamilnadu.

2. Today, when the writ petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner himself has stated that since the lease period of 5 years with effect from 01.04.2011 to 31.03.2016 as per Andrapradesh Minor Mineral Concession Rules 1966, has been expired, there is nothing survives to adjudicate the matter involved in this writ petition. Hence, the relief sought for in this present Writ Petition became infructuous.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
