ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16225 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1435 of 2024 vide order dated 19.11.2025, directing him to appear before the trial Court on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the above Criminal Appeal.

kas 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court while suspending the sentence, regularly.

3.In view of the above, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 19.11.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.16225 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1435 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
