ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to furnish the correct information about the petitioner's property in S.No.20 situated at No.58, Karuppadaithattadai Village, Panchupetti, Kancheepuram Taluk and District, based on the petitions dated 02.11.2007 and 25.11.2008 sent under the Right to Information Act, 2005.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the representations of the petitioner dated 02.11.2007 and 25.11.2008 made to the Tamil Nadu Information Commission, culminated in the complaint dated 03.08.2008; the Commission held enquiry on 06.07.2009 into the same; after examining all the records, the Commission dismissed the complaint holding that all the information have been furnished to the petitioner and accordingly, closed the complaint vide Order No.32730/Enquiry/2008 dated 07.07.2009.

3.In view of the submissions so made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Court is of the

view that nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. However, if the petitioner has not aware of the aforesaid order dated 07.07.2009 passed by the Tamil Nadu Information Commission, it is open to him to approach the respondents and get a copy of the same, on payment of necessary charges. No costs.
