ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the records on the file of the second Respondent made in RFQ.No.02/IAMP/ FISHERIES/ LPR/ CAR/GI/ 19-20 dated 23.10.2019 and supply order issued in vide proceedings Office of Assistant Director of Fisheries, Kancheepuram District @ Neelangarai dated 28.11.2019 and all consequential proceedings and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to conduct fresh RFQ for the procurement of 33.8 lakhs Fish seed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing learned counsel for the 2/5

petitioner submitted that since the supply order was issued in favour of the fourth respondent without considering the petitioner's quotation for procurement of fish seeds, the present writ petition has been filed. He further submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, supply order itself was granted in favour of the petitioner and the matter was referred to Vigilance in respect of the fraud played by the fourth respondent.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that no cancellation order was passed against the fourth respondent. However, there was a distraint order passed by the official respondents, which was challenged by the petitioner. Hence, the private respondents has filed different writ petitions before this Court.

4. In view of the above, no further orders is necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
