Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of declaration, declaring the selection of Private Tour Operations by the respondents 1-3 pursuant to the Haj-2011 Notification dated 24.06.2011 and its corrigendum dated 12.07.2011, 14.07.2011 and 05.09.2011 as null and void, illegal and ultravires since it violates the basic norms of Haj and pass appropriate orders as this Court may deem fit and proper.
